Pompei to Naples

Eggs and toast for breakfast.

A few problems with the airbnb but figured they will correct themselves.

Headed off to Naples

Lots of traffic, No like paths, just riding on the roads with cars.

Trash everywhere

Everthing get dirtier as we get closer to Naples.

Only one or two very short bike paths in Naples.

Black rock roads. Terrible for bikes.

Weaving through narrow alleyways to room.

Graffiti everywhere.

More trash

Checked into room. Very small elevator too small for bikes. We put the bags in the elevator and carried the bike up.

HOst put the bike on his personal balcony.

We showered then went out into the city.

Walked to archeological museum then went on Rick’s walking tour.

The city isn dirty and crowded. People everywhere.

A lot of stuff closed because it is Sunday.

A lot of the churches were closed.

Came back to the room booked stay on the Island of  Ischia.

Went back out to town for dinner. The city looks better in the dark.

Ate a fantastic meal. Tomator egg, bricked burger, stuffed pasta, graccoli salad grilled vegetables.

Walked around the old town a bit.

Came back to room and crashed.
