Jewish Quarter – Explore the maze that forms this historic neighborhood where the story of the Golem was created and the Jewish population flourished for hundreds of years despite the restrictions placed on them by their Christian neighbors. Learn how this community was decimated during World War II. In the Jewish Quarter be sure to visit, Maisel Synagogue, Old JewishCemetery, Ceremonial Hall, Klausen Synagoish Synagogue, Old-New Synagogue.
Old Town Square – This postcard worthy town square contains some wondrous sites from almost every era. Do not miss: Old Town Hall Tower with is Astronomical clock, be sure to go inside and climb to the top of the tower to see the inside of the clocks.

Charles Bridge – One of Europe’s most famous bridges it is a delight to stroll across watching people and street musicians while enjoying beautiful views of the city and river.
Castle Quarter – Try to get up to the Castle Quarter as early as possible to beat the crowds. The tram takes you up the hill to the base of the castle grounds.
St Vitus Cathedral – This is a magnificent cathedral with gorgeous stain glass created by Alfons Mucha. It is worth paying the extra ticket to explore. Wenceslas as in Good King is buried at this site.

Leaving Prague
Leaving Prague was quite an adventure. We rode down staircases, over cobbled roads and unpaved roads, through parks, along abandoned buildings and over and around a canal.
