Trieste

Headed out to see town

Walked up some granstaricase with frog fountains to the top of the hill.

Circled around the diastole trying to find the entrance.

Found the cathedral and went inside.

Cathedral was beautiful with mosaics similar to the Gystnaian in Turkey

Walke up to the castle entrance Burt is was closed on Monday.

Looked at the beautiful view.

Walked down towards the amphitheater stopping at the church along the way.

We took pictures from the top of the amphitheater

Stopped at another church and went indside. Carved alter a newer cathedral 16oos

Walked down to the main square took pictures with pink wolves.

Walked around the square people watching and looking in shop windows

Tried to get fast from arms all day. Finally got 20E from one machinge but it would not give us more.

Walked over to the canal which was interesting and remarkably silly.

Saw large white rabbit sculpture at another square.

Stopped at B’urger King for a chicken sandwich

Walked home =, Good to be out of the sun and just to relax.

Trieste

Laundry day.

walked to laundry mat and did laundry.

Shopped for food at grocery store.

Reading COVID numbers to decide where to go.

Croatia numbers still going up.

Slovenia numbers going up

Greece numbers going down.

Italy and Portugal look great.

Thinking we may go over to Italy after Istra and watch Greek numbers.
