Verona

Walked around the market.

Went inside Roman Colosseum. They were preparing for a performance tonight.

Saw the devotional column

Went to Piazza Erbe and saw the raised graves.

Ian bought a belt from Lucca made out of bicycle tire. Had fun chatting with him.

Walked to Church of Sant’ Anastasia. Wonderfully painted church spent a lot of time there it was really beautiful.

Bought some gelato- Ian went bold with fig and licorice and pistachio.

Walked to the river and watch people and the beautiful scenery.

Saw a foci place and stopped to get a slice. Brest thing we have eating on the trip so far.

Saw the duomo, beautiful. The font was casted from one piece of marble was very nice. Mano of the paintings on the wall from the original plaster is gone, but what remained is lovely.

Walked back to the room for mini siesta and to finish laundry.

Rode bikes around  Verona to take som photos.

Grabbed another focaccia.

Why do I ride a bike? Because walking is too slow and running requires too much effort.
